FREE SHIPPING: To celebrate the launch of elibea we are offering FREE SHIPPING for a limited time.


ORDER STATUS
Please allow 2–3 weeks for shipment. If you would like to request special or rushed delivery, please email us at wecare@elibea.com.

You will receive an email confirmation at the time you place your order. Each time your order is updated or your order status changes, you will be sent notification by email.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. If you received the wrong order or your order was damaged in transit please contact us at wecare@elibea.com.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGED DELIVERY?
All packages WILL require a signature. elibea studio is not responsible for any packages that have not been signed for upon delivery.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST?
If by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue but we kindly ask that you report it to the carrier before reaching out.

MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Once you have submitted your order, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact as soon as possible with any requests.

TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.
